Our Story
In 2012, we opened our doors as "Time to Eat Diner." The name comes from another diner in Bridgewater, New Jersey! Both were founded by Henry Rybak, a serial entrepreneur with a limitless passion for food. Henry believed in serving delicious, homemade food in spaces filled with charm. Sadly, Henry passed away in 2020. Today his family continues his legacy as "The Jersey Diner". Different name, same staff, same delicious recipes. We hope he would be proud!
